MYR 2800 – MYR4000Key Responsibilities:-• Plan, coordinate, and execute effective marketing campaigns and advertising strategies across our digital platforms• Create engaging & creative content for social media platforms.• Planning & execution of online advertising campaigns like Google, FB, Instagram & social media ads.• Fun and Creativity are a plus point. • Basic knowledge about the digital marketing mix and online media trends.• Regularly conduct marketing research projects (industry trends, FB/Google algorithm changes, consumer markets, and competitive analysis) to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications. • Support in organizing and participating in online & offline events to build community and boost brand awareness• Evaluate the end-to-end customer experience to identify and execute campaigns that drive customer acquisition, maximize revenue, and improve retention.• Provide analysis and reporting on digital projects/campaigns and placements, website traffic, social media impression, and email campaigns. Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis• Creative idea on copywriting, graphic design, editing video - upload to the ecommerce platform.• To perform any other related duties when required.Requirements:-1. At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required. 2. Have experienced in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies – create and design marketing content on the company website and social media.3. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent4. Flexible, energetic, and motivated to work in a fast-paced and growing environment with minimum supervision5. Able to speak and write in ENGLISH, MANDARIN & BM
