Marketing Executive - Urgent Hiring

Reporting to Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive will be responsible for: Working closely with the Marketing Manager on the planning and budgeting for the yearly marketing calendar of activities. Assisting an effective and creative marketing launch plan that is aligned with the overall brand vision and market positioning for the brand to achieve short and long-term brand marketing objectives. Executing and manage the marketing and sales promotion campaigns aligned with the approved launch plans to maximize sales and brand awareness. Accomplish marketing objectives by planning, developing & deploying content and advertisements for social media platform such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube & other broad range of digital marketing channels. Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans. Working closely with Sales Team to ensure that product launches, promotions and other brand activities are effectively carried out with great impact on sales and brand objectives. Who are we looking for? Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Business Studies/Mass Communication from a recognized institution Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in executing A&P, Mass Communication and Marketing Preferable from FMCG background but not mandatory Candidate should be self-motivated, possesses positive attitude, meticulous, detail-oriented, able to work individually and also in a team Possess of skill in Canva, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop is an advantage. Able to work under pressure, independently, and maintain confidentially at all times Ability to start immediately or with short notice period would be preferred
