Marketing F&B Manager

1. Responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organization (or lines of business and brands within an organization) in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.2. Possessed at least 3 years experience in marketing industry.3. Creative, intelligent and imaginative character.4. Well versed in Bahasa and English.5. Monitor and ensure smooth operations of the café.6. Effective participation in coordinating.7. Conduct regular check of front and back of Cafe operations to check on set-up / service / food quality / general maintenance / cleanliness.8. Recommend improvements in all aspects as appropriate.9. Conduct market surveys as required and plan / implement appropriate measures to increase market share.10. To brainstorm / keep updated on new technology to improve work efficiency.11. Co-ordinate with the MIC on the set-up, implementation and sales promotions and menu planning.12.
