Initiates product ideas and ongoing features/benefits tailored for each target segment.- Responsible for cards & loans product launches with thru-the-line activities across markets within Asia.- Collaborate with market teams, marketing, digital and others in launching new products or product refresh- Drive channel initiatives and develop marketing assets to help drive incremental NTB volume for all key product launches / refreshes- KPIs: Campaign effectiveness & ROI, brand equity performing metrics, New cards acquisition momentum, customer activation and retention metrics and other business targets in driving revenues
