Resolves customer problems by training telemarketing service representatives, maintaining reference manuals and dialogue guides, providing information, and answering questions.- Maintains work process flows by coordinating information and requirements with related operational departments and participating with and providing resources to business improvement teams.- Maintains customer response operations by establishing work schedules and assigning employees and providing back-up- Negotiates contracts for advertising, marketing, and promotions.- Monitors internal costs and competition pricing to develop pricing and discounting strategies.**Who are we looking for?**- Preferably with 1 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.- Business development, sales account management or consultative selling experience is a plus.- Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening skills.- Self-starter who can meet deadlines and enjoys working in a competitive inside sales environment, comfortable working with computers and multiple systems.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.- If **No Experience **required: training will be provided- With own transport.- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.- Working hours: Mon-Fri 8.00am-5.00pm, Sat 8.00am-12pm.Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay
