The Job Your responsibilities will include: Campaign Planning: Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns aimed at increasing customer engagement and achieving sales targets. Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling content, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to produce material that resonates with our audience. Social Media Community Management: Manage our social media presence, engaging with our community and ensuring consistent brand messaging across platforms. Performance Marketing: Handle digital advertising campaigns, optimizing spend and performance on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads, with a focus on metrics such as Cost Per Acquisition and Return on Ad Spend. Data Management: Analyze market and campaign data to inform strategies, ensuring data-driven decision-making in all marketing efforts. Influencer/KOL Management: Build and maintain relationships with influencers and key opinion leaders to enhance brand visibility and reach. ATL Promotions/Campaigns: Execute Above The Line marketing strategies, including traditional media and digital billboards, to maximize brand exposure. In-house Event Ideation: Collaborate with internal teams (Ricki, Tom, Chris, Des) to brainstorm and develop concepts for in-house events, contributing innovative ideas to enhance customer experiences. Product Distribution: Strategize and manage product distribution channels, ensuring efficient and effective reach to our target markets. Reporting: Regularly report on campaign performance, market trends, and ROI, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. The Profile Qualifications: Proven experience in a marketing management role, preferably in the entertainment, sports, or hospitality industry. Strong skills in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management. Excellent analytical abilities and experience with performance metrics. Demonstrated ability in influencer management and ATL campaigns. Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.
