Marketing Manager

Responsibilities- Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones- Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns- Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.- Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.- Increasing brand awareness and market share.- Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments.- Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.- Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.- Managing the marketing department's staff.- Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.- Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.Skills and Qualification- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field- At least 3 years' experience in marketing- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity- Experience with marketing automation and CRM toolsPreferred Qualification- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy- Willingness and ability to travel- Established contacts with mediaKindly whatsapp VP Management, 017-7975364 (Ms Nur).**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- People Management: 3 years (preferred)- Marketing: 3 years (preferred)
