We are currently collaborating with them to recruit for a Marketing Manager to join their duty free business in KL, Malaysia.**Responsibilities**As the Marketing Manager, you will- develop and maintain a seamless customer journey across all engagement touchpoints in alignment with the business goals and objectives.- drive new and existing conversations and establish strong partnership with local partners, agencies, landlord, airport, airlines and local authorities to review gaps and opportunities that will further enhance the marketing efforts and promotional needs and identify marketing opportunities to improve overall turnover and profitability.- manage the marketing calendar and budget, and define, track, and measure the effectiveness of all marketing activities and initiatives and calibrate the strategy accordingly.- analyse marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.- lead, inspire and motivate team members to achieve set objectives and drive positive engagement, resulting in building team members' capability for growth and development.**Requirements**:- a Degree in Business or Marketing, with practical experience of at least seven years in a Marketing role, and minimum five years of experience in leading teams.- proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite such as Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, and Teams- good command of English, and ideally, a proficiency in an additional language.- strong business and commercial awareness, understanding of market, consumers and retail trends, and has good marketing partnership and media network locally, with the ability to provide reliable and accurate insights and recommendation to the business.- strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills with the proven ability to sustain long-term relationships.- reliable leader with the ability to mentor Team Members and lead a capable team adapting to business needs.Registration No: R1110985 / EA License No: 21C0685Omnichannel marketing, B2C marketing, Digital marketing, Brand activation, Marketing campaigns
