**Overview**:- rhi is currently in search of an experienced- **Finance Master Data Analyst** to become part of our global Oil & Gas client's team based in Kuala Lumpur.- This is a 6-month contract role, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective management of financial data structures.**Responsibilities**:- Serve as the primary analyst for Financial Data Structures (FDS), handling day-to-day activities for finance master data requests.- Ensure data input consistency with standards and meet required levels of completeness and accuracy.- Support dashboard and website maintenance for accurate finance master data mapping information.- Conduct routine reconciliations, proactively addressing and investigating root causes of data discrepancies.- Collaborate with SAP MDG S/4 Hana technical support team on incident and task tickets.- Support project deployments for finance master data migration to SAP, including creating master data and resolving mapping issues.- Provide business support during key periods, such as month-end, for timely reporting.- Support process improvements and other finance data structure-related activities assigned by leads.- Assist the FDS manager in delivering training to users.- Update policies and procedures as required.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in finance or recognized professional accounting qualification or related fields.**About you**- Minimum 4 - 7 years of experience in general accounting, group and performance reporting, or finance master data management.- Proficient in SAP with a focus on finance master data management.- Solid understanding of general accounting principles, with exposure to month-end close processes.- Experience in creating profit centers, cost centers, and general accounts is an added advantage.- Previous involvement in and experience with systems deployment activities, emphasizing data preparation/mapping and user training.- Strong team player with effective communication skills.- Willingness to work shifts during quarter close if needed.If you believe this opportunity is right for you, please click the '-**About rhi**rhi is a professional services provider with global expertise.
