To drive Rental Biz marketing and sales: meeting potential clients to market and sales opportunities and follow up with existing clients for new opportunities to expand biz coverage and improve the customer service to all clients.- To maintain the company website's product & services update in MineBiz platform, Linken-In and any other digital platforms to promote Leopad Hire products and services to increase sales revenue.- Work with all external client on rental materials need for leasing and provide the quotation on need basis timely, follow up and review till orders are secured.- To coordinate all rental orders from external clients from delivery till received at client sites, delivery acknowledgement, billing, payment collections till materials are fully returned. Compile all relevant documents for filling and upload those mandatory documents for audit trail purpose.- Disposition all idling scaffolding / equipment from client sites on monthly basis or base PO/SO expired date or whenever it is required and ensure all billings are correct and no misses.- Annual renewal of product testing report either with CREAM/SIRIM for used scaffolding materials and compile renewal PPS certificates and to ensure we are meeting MS1462 standard compliance, to be use for client's reference when needed.- Provide periodic Management Report, KPI and other reports preparation pertaining to sales and marketing activities and perform the relevant system transactions accordingly.- You shall be committed to ensure every task is done safely and in accordance with the company SHE Policy, Procedure Standards, Legal Requirements and Managerial Instructions.
