**About us**Eng IBS Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. is a leading steel processing company in Malaysia, specializing in the supply of high-quality core building materials for Industrialized Building Systems (IBS).**Tasks & responsibilities**- Provide general oversight to team to ensure that all production activities including but not limited to receive from front process, supply to next process, manufacturing support, and inventory control in compliance with Safety and Quality Standard Operating Procedures.- To monitor and trace the department outputs and transport it between areas.- Perform inter-departments transactions in system including but not limited to cycle counts, material receipts, shipments, etc.- Able to investigate and resolve complex shipping or receiving issues utilizing system. Provides feedback/suggestions to minimize reoccurring issues.- Track, trace and expedite order fulfilment to ensure 100% service level.- Receive all goods from front process according to proper and relevant documents (Production Order List) and ensure accuracy in quantity and quality specified.- Ensure storage in appropriate conditions and locations after goods and materials have been properly released.- Timely and accurate data entries into inventory systems, and requisite recording and documentation for all receiving.- Lead daily team meetings to review performance and daily workload.- Investigate and resolve complex customer requests from internal customers.- Responsible for material handling and to meet KPIs which include safety, inventory accuracy, pick list processing time, picking accuracy, receiving cycle time and other store indicators.- Manage sustaining activities include daily planning and ensuring production supply chain executed per defined schedule.- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.**Qualifications & experience**- 3 years of experience in material handling role.- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to support data analysis and presentation.- Minimum diploma or any equivalence required.- Able to complete and follow up the task given on time and update superior.- 2 years of experience completing transactions in any WMS system.- Ability to obtain a forklift certification.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: From RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Meal providedSchedule:- Day shiftApplication Question(s):- What's your expected monthly basic salary?**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Material Handler: 3 years (preferred)License/Certification:- Forklift license (preferred)
