For registration please- WhatsApp 014-321 0342_**Position**:- Khidmat Perunding Pelanggan**Location**:- Johor Bahru**Working day**:- Monday to FridayWorking Time:- 09:00am - 06:00pm**Salary**:- RM2500 - RM3500**Job Summary**:- We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Officer to contribute to generating sales for our company.- You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.- An effective Telesales Officer must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.- They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.**Responsibilities**:- To promote company products & services to prospective customers.- Update customers with monthly promotions and campaigns- To achieve monthly target sets by the Company.- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing sales targets which are required by the management- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts- Answer questions about products or the company- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed- Enter and update customer information in the database- Take and process orders in an accurate manner- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation- Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.**Job Requirements**:- Preferably Executive specializing in Telesales or equivalent- Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience in a Telesales- Experience in doing outbound calls.- Both fresh graduates and experienced applicants are welcome (we can discuss the entry-level based on your previous experience)- Strong communication and creative thinking skills.- Good communication skills in English, Malay language for both spoken and written.- Mandarin is an added advantage- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment- Good team player, positive attitude, and eager to learn- Fast learner and able to adapt to changes- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively- Demonstrate teamwork all the time- Willing to work under pressure, long work hours some time.- Open for Malaysian only**Salary**: Up to RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus
