Job Description As a Mechanical Manager, you will be involved in leading a team of mechanical engineers on the design and development activities of highly sophisticated surveillance cameras, license plate recognition and wearable cameras for professional and mission critical markets in the commercial, government and industrial segments. Responsibilities include:Lead a team of engineers during product development, and liaise with keywork partners and stakeholders to meet product delivery schedule requirements, customer requirements and expectations, reliability and robustness requirements, manufacturing processes and safety guidelines.Lead a team of highly qualified engineers to guide and assess the overall design concept for the mechanical subsystem architecture as well as the detailed design of the mechanical components which include design of injection molding plastic, die casting, sheet metal stamping, rubber and elastomers, and rigid printed circuit boards.Provide a clear development plan for engineers, and work with them to manage their career growth and aspirations.
