Media And Event Sales Executive

Responsibilities:- Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the management standards- Complete any tasks assigned by the management or superior- Understand requirements for each event- Managing and overseeing events on the day of, including problem-solving, communicating with staff, support performer needs and etc- Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day- Conduct pre and post-event evaluations and report on outcomes and report to superior- Great platform exposure to corporates and SMEs industry- Learn successful marketing skills and closing skills- Trendy, Innovating and high demand products and service industry- Learn social media and digital marketing skills**Requirements**:- Understanding of Business Practices, Budgeting and Financial Knowledge.- Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.- Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles.- Prioritizing and multitasking.- At least 2-3 years of experience in on-ground sales & marketing of products/services.- **Language: Mandarin/English (preferred)**:- **_Basic salary+Allowance+Monthly Performance Bonus+ Commission_**_**Total Package RM3,000-RM8,000**_**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsSupplemental Pay:- Attendance bonus- Commission pay- Performance bonus**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Sales: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
