Job Description We are seeking a skilled Media Operations Manager to join our dynamic team and provide comprehensive support across various regional markets where our client operates. The successful candidate will navigate different time zones with ease and possess a deep understanding of finance processes across all markets. From cross-checking supplier invoices to tracking monthly spends, this role requires meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Expertise in Finance Processes: Possess in-depth knowledge of finance processes and regulations in all markets to facilitate smooth operations and ensure adherence to financial best practices Collaborate with Regional Markets: Interface with regional markets where the client is present to provide finance support, ensuring alignment with corporate financial objectives and compliance standards Manage Different Time zones: Adaptability is key as you work seamlessly across different time zones, coordinating finance activities and responding promptly to inquiries and requests Specific Tasks: Cross-Check Invoices: Verify supplier invoices, agency invoices, and media plans before invoicing clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements Monthly Invoice Tracking: Maintain a comprehensive monthly invoice tracker, collaborating closely with stakeholders, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial transactions Global Spends Tracker: Fulfil requests for the global monthly spends tracker, compiling and organizing financial data to support strategic decision-making and budget allocation Qualifications A minimum of 2-3 years of media agency familiar with media plans and touchpoints; and have worked with major publishers Strong understanding of agency billing processes, including invoicing, budgeting, and financial reporting Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively Strong in numbers and intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel (such as pivot table and v-lookup) Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and compliance A team player with an action-oriented mind-set, who is able to work with minimal supervision Eager to learn and to be an expert on billing tools and systems Proactive and ability to prioritize tasks, work well under pressure
