Job Responsibility Digital Marketing – 90% To create organic, creative, and attractive content to maintain effective marketing campaigns, online advertisement and social media networks To prepare necessary copywriting & video script for the promotion campaign To monitor, update and advertise companyâs products on multiple social media platforms (e.g. FACEBOOK, Instagram, Shopee, Lazada & etc) To follow up online and offline campaign results and optimise marketing campaigns, generate quality lead and improve key metrics based on insights (e.g. keywords planning, ranking target, social media impression, engagement rate, traffic, user engagement conversion rate & etc) Responsible for ongoing improvements to existing websites including product layouts, descriptions, images, product displays, product constructs etc. To track and report traffic performance & campaign performance daily To analyse and update weekly report on digital marketing performance Others – 10% Regularly conduct marketing research projects (Identify trends and insights, Google FB algorithm, consumer markets insights, competitive analysis) Support the digital marketing & campaigns with various administrative tasks Perform any task given by the supervisor from time to time Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelorâs Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field At least 1- 3 years of hands-on experience Facebook Advertising and social media account management is preferred Well-versed with handling marketing communication activities and digital platforms would be an added advantage Experienced in pet food industry is added advantage Love pets will be an advantage.
