Medical Assistant (Office Based, Rehab)

As information centre and provide timely support/ medical advice/ recommendations to customer regarding **rehab products'** promotions & services.- Handle rehab customer service inbound calls enquiries- Responding to complaints from customers and giving after-sales support when necessary.- Promote and liaise with customer for delivery and servicing appointment.- Assist on Rehab related SOP work and on-site training for Operation.- Also to be able to look for information for article write-up related to Rehab.- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, billing and coding and handling correspondence.**Requirements**:- Minimum Diploma or Degree in any related flied.- Previous job experience in healthcare industry will be an added advantage.- Mature with pleasant personality, tactful and has good interpersonal skills.- High level of initiative & able to work independently.- Possess a positive and can-do attitude.- Able to work on shift (in between retail hours).- Open to learn new things and have creativity- Basic knowledge of excel and word is needed (including Power Point)- **Teamwork**: Rehabilitation technicians often work as part of a multidisciplinary team, so the ability to collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals is essential.- Administrative Skills**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leaveSchedule:- Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):- Do you have basic knowledge of Rehab products?- What is your expected salary?- How long is your notice period?Expected Start Date: 03/12/2024
