As the Medical Communications Manager:Key responsibilities to develops O+O medical communication contents to support medical communication strategy. Medical tools and content in line with brand priorities to encourage prescriptions and develop the reputation of our brands and the Division. Also develop and implement medical relation plans to be the preferred HCP partners.Key responsibilities:Deploy the multi-channel, (both on- and off-line) medical strategy in line with brand strategy (product cycle plan, and territories etc.) Take charge of scientific and competitor monitoring in medical areas and process / analyse all information (panels, competitor analysis, …)Make up a storytelling scenario and define key messages / claims adapted to health professionals.Adapt the content and the communication tools to the targets and different touchpoints.Develop the O+O/ content of the tools, the services (detailing aids, information leaflets for doctors and patients, medical training programmes targeting doctors, websites, mail and newsletters, video, webinars, communication material for events such as congresses…)Validate medical communications to observe medical ethics and internal policy.Participate to the circulation of scientific and medical expertise to other departments and train medical representatives. Provide medical leadership on faculty and content development for medical activities including national congresses, advisory boards, scientific exchange meetings, publications, CMEs to lead sciences.Strategize and implement medical launch plan for new products.Where applicable, contribute to implement international surveys on a local basis and put into place local observational studies and ensure they are usedWork together with the other functions / departments - Work in synergy with marketing, medical detailing, medical relations, distribution, external communications and digital to guarantee the coherence of the messagesRequirements:Preferably science graduates- years of healthcare/pharmaceutical working experiencePreferably years exposure in brand management or medical affairs function.
