Medical Lab Technologist / Scientist

**Job Qualification**:We are seeking talented and experienced laboratory scientist to perform in our medical diagnostic laboratories.- Execute and perform daily laboratory analysis, operation, maintenance, inventory and services.- Provide phlebotomy service for patient.- Responsible for the quality of laboratory results, performance and services in accordance to ISO standards.- Lab reports review and validation- Responsible for the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the laboratory operation.- Assisting in handling clients complaints, noncompliance and troubleshooting.- **A minimum of 2 years of professional experience** is required in a multi-disciplinary clinical laboratory.- Able to work in shifts, Weekend, Public Holiday & On-call**Responsibilities**:- Processes, and handles blood and/or other biological specimens according to established procedures.- Performs a variety of clinical laboratory tests in the areas of hematology, microbiology, immunology, clinical chemistry, and urinalysis, as assigned;- Performs quality control on test results, ensuring validity and accuracy.- Performs calibration and troubleshooting on testing systems and instruments to ensure adherence to established standards of accuracy.- Keeps records and reports on results according to established procedures.- Practices safety, environmental, and/or infection control methods.- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM1,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- On call- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Experience**:- medical lab: 1 year (required)
