Medical Record Executive

To ensure that the day-to-day functions of the entire Medical Records Service run smoothly- Ensure accuracy, completeness, confidentiality, security, and safekeeping of patients' health information records in compliance with statutory regulations, legislations, and accreditation standards.- Ensure timely completion of medical reports and the medical information is released in accordance with hospital policy.- Provide statistical reports and information required by the management and external bodies.- Handles birth and death registration, evaluates, assesses, and inputs proper ICD-10 coding and submission to the Ministry of Health, and handles medical reports with authorized third parties.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: From RM2,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Medical Records: 2 years (preferred)
