Position Summary: * The Warehouse & Distribution Operations Lead is responsible for partnering with Commercial partners, Process and System Owners in conducting data collection and analyses to establish and continuously improve business processes within the Supply Chain Functions. The role is also to support process improvement projects to reduce cost and complexity across MedTech, strengthen orthopedics operation and collaborate with Distributor for any process improvement, helping the organization's processes remain legally compliant and diligently participate in compliance program related activities as denoted by supervisor and to improve inventory health at Warehouse, Consignment location and reduce complexity and partnering with Commercial, Distributor for process governance alignment. Key Responsibilities: Warehouse and Distribution Management * Build partnerships with Process Owners and Business Leaders at all levels of the organization. * Understand process challenges, goals, and objectives. * Report and communicate the results from process improvement efforts to division leadership. * Utilize various process improvement tools and methodologies to define activities that are aligned with business objectives. * Prepare detailed plans to track project performance and assure timely completion and achievement of project deliverables. * Ensure deployment of common solutions across divisions and businesses * Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective manner. * Monitor performance and improvement in key metrics. * Helping the organization's processes remain legally compliant and diligently participate in compliance program-related activities as denoted by supervisor. * Work with Distributor to ensure service on time to customers and collaborate on specific projects or initiatives to support business growth or process improvements. * To improve inventory health at Warehouse, Consignment location and reduce complexity and partnering with Commercial, Distributor for process governance alignment. * Strengthen Orthopedics Operation and collaborate with Distributor for any process improvements. * Ensuring customer service level is maintained by 4PL as per SLA. * Participate actively in alignment and adherent to business objectives, policies, and procedures. Performs other special projects and functions as assigned. Key Business Result * Warehouse Operations KPI and service level for both consignment management and indirect sales. * Degree in commerce or supply chain related discipline, logistics, supply management, demand management, operational management. * At least 5-6 year(s) of working experience with exposure to Supply Chain (Managing 4PL, BAPI "Business Application Interface Process", Business Process - Order to Cash, Warehouse Management) * System: SAP SCM and Others related to SAP. * Able to negotiate and communicate effectively. * Strong in Analytical skill, Problem Solving and PC knowledge at expert level. * Specializing in Business Operations of MedTech * Strong leadership and decision-making skills * Strong Understanding of EDI * Strong leadership and decision-making skills * Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects. * Understanding of basic business finance * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to function as both a team player and a team leader, able to develop and maintain excellent working relationships, work successfully within a team environment, proactive team player, able to take charge and follow-through. * Possesses sense of cultural sensitivity, ability to work and thrive in a multi-cultural environment, as well as an ability to work in a matrix environment are required. * Has flexibility and ability to adapt to an ever-changing supply chain environment and organization development driven.
