Member Experience Executive

**Duties and Responsibilities**Join us in an exciting Fitness environment.- Inbound and Outbound calls for Customer Service task and Collection calls- Respond to all member enquiries via inbound, outbound calls and digital channel timely.- Professional etiquette when communicating with members.- Communicate clearly with internal and external customers- Other duties that may be assigned to meet business needs**Requirements**:- Must be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines- Must be able to work long hours and able to come on weekends- Must be a team player- Able to speak Chinese dialects is an advantage.- Matured and able to work independently.**Salary**: RM1,946.49 - RM4,641.16 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay**Experience**:- Customer support: 1 year (preferred)- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
