**Responsibilities**:- To operate the telephone stations to receive, filter and transmit all incoming calls.- To answer incoming enquiries from members and clients with regards to the program and accessibility to health care providers or benefits under their respective plans.- To entertain members' complaints and channel them to the respective internal units for appropriate response and ensure that the members will be promptly informed of the results or decision.**Requirements**:- Age should be 18-35- Excellent communication skills(English & Malay)- Able to work on rotating shift- Malaysia market & 24/7 rotational shift**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: Up to RM2,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus
