Qualification requirement:Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, marketing or relevant field.Good communication and interpersonal skillsGood personality and self drivenGood command of English (Oral & Written).Creative and process commercial awareness**Responsibilities**:First point of contact for membership and administration matters.Implement effective and efficient membership administration process and customer relation.Credit Control on membership collectionCompliance with statutory requirements.Able to work on shifts once or twice a week.
