We combine behavioural science, psychology, data science and digital design to help companies, healthcare providers and ultimately, people in achieving a healthier lifestyle.**Who we're looking for**- Counsellors:- Degree in Counselling or Master in Professional Counselling, and;- Possess a valid KBPA registration with the Board of Counsellor, Malaysia (LKM)OR- Clinical Psychologists:- Masters in Clinical Psychology, and;- Possess a valid registration with the Malaysian Allied Health Professions Council (MAHPC) and/or the Malaysian Society of Clinical Psychologist (MSCP);AND- Proven experience in public speaking, delivering presentations, or conducting training workshops;- Demonstrated knowledge of health issues and supportive interventions;- Experience working with diverse populations and sensitivity to cultural differences in mental health awareness and support.**Additional Requirements**- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences and facilitate meaningful discussions;- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail;- Proficiency in multiple languages is highly valued and may be advantageous;- Flexibility to travel within Malaysia and occasionally work evenings or weekends as needed;- Possess a valid Certified Trainer registration with the Human Resource Development Corporation (HRDC), Malaysia (good to have).**What you'll be doing**- Develop and deliver engaging presentations and training workshops on various topics related to wellbeing, including stress management, resilience building, and self-care;- Tailor presentations and training programs to meet the specific needs of different audiences;- Collaborate with internal teams to develop educational materials, resources, and curriculum content;- Stay abreast of current research, trends, and best practices in health & wellbeing promotion and advocacy.**Our Culture**- We empower teams to prioritise customer value and plan their way to achieve it.- We love our get-togethers - be they virtual or physical, over lunch or evening outings.- We encourage the use of our unlimited vacation days policy!
