Merchandise Planner

Develop and maintain Open To Buy (OTB) Plan- To plan merchandise strategic launch and promotions and determine on pricing strategy.- Sales forecasting, budget management and sales performance analysis reports.- Execute promotions strategy, seasonal changes and product launches.- To implement corrective measures for slow moving merchandise.- Identify and maximize sales of fast selling items by taking corrective actions.- To work closely with store operations team on stock levels, aged merchandise,- Identify problems and propose improvement plan.- Monitor and implement effective inventory control.- Prepare merchandising reports and forecasts to facilitate department purchasing objectives.- Analyse and prepare weekly/ periodic reports for management.- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Merchandising Manager.- Preferable those with household product knowledge will be added advantage**Requirements**:- Degree or Diploma in Retail Management.- Effective planning and organisation skills.- Strong interpersonal skills, good judgement and is capable of communicating / negotiating with a diverse range of individuals.- A passion for Home & Living Lifestyle concept and able to work in a fast pace multi-tasking environment.Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Retail management: 3 years (preferred)
