Merchandising Executive

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Managing and monitoring inventory, product life cycle, reporting and other general administration and activities that relate to the successful implementation of brand strategy. Managing and monitor shipment fulfilment and delivery schedule to ensure timely delivery from suppliers. Analysis of product performance through system generated reports and to make recommendation on new seasonal buys, stock movement, reorders, promotion, or markdowns whenever necessary. Managing inventory health of channels assigned – Ecom, Retail and Department Stores. Liaise with suppliers on product orders and monitor manufacturing progress and delivery to ensure it's on time. Co-ordinate with HQ and other subsidiaries regarding products required and feedback on existing range. Perform various merchandising administrative functions such as update catalogues, creation of stock codes, printing of bar codes and updating of pricing. Prepare merchandising reports as required by the company.    JOB REQUIREMENTS Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration, Textile/Fashion Design or equivalent. Able to communicate, read and write in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.  Preferably Executives in Merchandising or Purchasing department in the retail industry.  Full-Time position(s) available.
