Microbiologist

1. To report to QC Manager on all matters pertaining to Microbiologist activities. 2. Responsible for the day to day running of the Micro lab e.g. Inventory, Reference Standards, Planning, Maintenance and Calibration Activity. 3. Ensuring all activities of Microbial Testing comply with current SOP's. 4. Documentation of Microbial Standard Test Procedures and other related SOP's according to BPFK requirement. 5. Assist Section Head in Planning, Scheduling and Analyzing all materials which requires microbial testing. 6. Develop Microbial Test Protocol for new under development. 7. Responsible for monitoring of WFI and DI water and environmental air within all QC Facility and ensuring its compliance to set specification. 8. Responsible of Validation of Microbial Tests as required for registration submission. 9. To maintain the integrity and traceability of Microbiology Laboratory Clean Room by good record keeping, and to provide trending analysis on monthly basis. 10. Responsible in troubleshooting and investigation into micro-related problems, which may be related to product, process environmental, etc. 11. To participate in any activities pertaining to training, safety, first aid and firefighting organized by the Company for the benefits of staff and Company. 12. To comply and work towards meeting the Company's quality policy, health safety and environment objectives and policies. 13. Any other job or assignment as assigned.Bachelor's or Equivalent
