Why does this job exist and why is it critical? What are you accountable for? Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services What do you need to fit for the role? Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels Result driven and passionate individual who eager to help customer by providing solutions based on customer needs Relationship management skills and openness to feedback Tertiary education in business administration, sales or relevant field What's next?
