Start Date 1st April Language: Bahasa Indonesia Natives with Spouse VISA in Malaysia Contract Duration - 3 months contract renewable depending upon the project Native speakers - Yes English Skills - Yes (B1/B2) Work mode: WFH Working days/hours: Monday to Friday/Normal office hours Location Malaysia Interview process: Online assessment > Operations interview > Selection > Offer The key job responsibilities includethe following: Reviewcontent (Text/Image) and conduct the content quality control,ensuring the content complies with Content Moderation Guidelines(For example slurs, cuss words, adult content and uncivil content) Becomeand remain knowledgeable about online community standards Thoroughly check content with quality and accuracy Approveor disapprove new and changed submissions based on the Moderation Guidelines In thecontext of this role, individuals will be exposed to potentiallydisturbing content and will need a level of resilience and maturity Understandingclient policies and guidelines, and making decisions based on them. Demonstratedcreative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skillsdespite the ambiguity of workflows or instructions Provenability to balance multiple priorities and strong attention todetail Conductingsecondary web research to know what users are searching on Google sothat relevant information can be provided.
