You'll collaborate with our Marketing team to build and launch marketing materials that promote services, products and design relevant works for our brands for both online and offline platform. This position requires ideation and specialised knowledge of multimedia design techniques and layouts. You're expected to demonstrate an ability to meet deadlines. This position reports to the Head of Social**Responsibilities - Online (Priority)**- Create and design engaging, fresh digital and social media assets (static and Reels)- Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects and social media assets.- Retouch and manipulate images (when necessary)- Conceptualise fresh creative contents to build brand awareness and engagement- Use graphic design software and work with a wide variety of media (static, gif & motion, videos - Reels in particular when it comes to video)- Collaborate with third party production agencies and communicate with Marketing Team to develop design concepts in line with campaign/always-on concepts and determine the scope of a project- Advise marketing collaborators on design strategies to reach a particular target audience- Ability to determine the message the design should portray- Up to date with current design and marketing trends when it comes to visual communication**Responsibilities - Offline**- Assist in PR kit ideation and design proposal- Assist offline collaterals if needed**Requirements**:- Knowledge and/or experience in the service industry- Min. 2 - 4 years of working experience in the related field but fresh grads are welcomed to apply- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Art / Design / Multimedia / Visual Communication or equivalent- Proficient in English (spoken & written)- Proficient in Adobe Creative Software (Xd, Photoshop, Illustrator)- Able to work independently and collaboratively within given deadlines and can adapt well in a fast paced environment- Good communication skills, discipline, hardworking, detail oriented, high dedication and ability to handle rejection- Knowledge and experience with photography, videography and UX/UI is a plus- Excellent filing and documentation skills- Previous experience in an agency and client environment would be an advantageIn order to succeed in this role, you must have a winning mentality, be passionate in learning about the industry and be able to cope in a fast-paced environment.**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
