Multiskill Technician (Hvac/Ahu/Fcu)

To carry out preventive maintenance work / BD & attend service requests according to KPI / SLA;- To submit daily reports to the Regional Office;- To update outstanding work status to Regional Office and follow up until work completion;- To provide feedback & communicate with end users on the work status;- For SEMP technician, to carry out Energy Management Services (installation, analytics, service, report, etc.);- To pursue continuous development programmes to enhance your skills and improvement of knowledge;- To attend roll calls as required;- To submit and compile documentation/filing for PPM, Service Work Orders, Daily Report, Log sheets and Delivery Notes;- To carry out preventive maintenance for chiller plant electrical DB such as Inspection, trouble shooting and cleaning.- To gives support and attend job as per request by AIMST's representatives- To attend any request for support from other Regions.Requirement:- NIOSH- Authorized Entrant And Standby Person For Confined Space.
