**The Opportunity**This position operates in a high volume and compliance-driven environment that focuses on the proactive administration and management of claims.- **Location**: The Gardens North Tower - Mid Valley, KL (accessible with public transport)- **Working hours**: Monday to Friday- Time: 6.00am to 3.00pm (WFH)- Time: 7.30am to 4.30pm (office)- **Working arrangement**: Onsite for 6 months in the office. Thereafter, to work on hybrid for 3 days per week in the office.- **Joining date**: 11 March 2024 (compulsory)**Key Responsibilities**- Ensure that compensation and benefits calculation comply with applicable regulations or legislation.- Ensure compliance with Data Privacy as per our professional standards policy.- Analyze and review all salary/compensation details before sending to claims through auditing.- Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data to be entered.- Responsible for identifying, interpreting, and inputting employee's information into the- appropriate database and/or program.- Monitoring or keeping track of received and completed data documents.- Coordinate queries directly to claims to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data.- Coach and assist in the development of new team members.- Capable or will be trained to fulfill all other department tasks.**Skills, Experiences & Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree holder or Associate Degree holder- Relevant experience is preferred but fresh graduates are welcome- Can start ASAP- Willing to work on day shift and onsite**ASW Offers**- We are experts in international partnerships.
