Together, we strive to push the field of market research toward a better tomorrow.**Introduction**:We are looking for a Project Manager/ Senior Project Manager, to join and support our APAC Digital projects delivery. This role will be based in KL, Malaysia to mainly support our South East Asia team as well as across markets in APAC.The key responsibility of this position is to work with our clients to deliver online research projects using Toluna's technology. This role requires solid Research and Project Management experience.**Responsibilities**:- Support Corporate, end Clients and Internal project management teamsThe key responsibility of this position is to work with new and existing clients to encourage adoption of Toluna's technology products and maximize revenue;Support the primary products as TolunaStart / Automated Solutions and TolunaAnalytics as well as the other available digital solutions such as Toluna / Enterprise Communities and Toluna Qual platform.Project Management- Consult with clients on their projects - understand their objectives and how our solutions can best help achieve their aims- Building up an expertise to process questionnaires and setup & program the survey utilizing Toluna's platform- Conduct training programs that focus attention and increases usage to unknown product features for new and existing clients- Coordination of all tasks for specific projects/clients involving the survey set-up, sampling, coordination with SP on advanced scripting, DP on data processing, translations, coding, coordination with internal team/clients for research services (Topline results, PowerPoint reporting), etc.- Data management - implementing in-survey data quality checks, post data verification checks, managing data with utilization on Toluna's technology by our data analytics / reporting tool.- Supporting clients in developing tab specs when required and project planning- Work closely with all departments to achieve best & most efficient solutions and service for Toluna's clients and maintain high quality standard.Panel Portal management- For APAC region, act as project manager to manage the recruit, set-up and ongoing management of Community-Panels, including management of incentive programs, ongoing engagement of panelists, and panel health reporting.- Works directly with clients to present solutions and offer data collection services, working with our scripting team in India.- Act as project manager should clients require assistance or support, ensuring revenue is captured for all additional services offered; troubleshoot client issues and questions and resolve complex issues**Required skill set**:- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent related experience- 2-4 years online research experience spanning both across research and project management- Client management experience- Good sense of logic- Survey programming (e.g. SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, Google Forms, Confirmit, Decipher, etc.) experience is a plus, not mandatory- Data processing experience- Strong knowledge of Excel and SPSS, as well as other software and data formats- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, client service oriented- English and other Chinese/Asian language skills is a plus- Highly motivated, able to work within tight deadlines and under pressure- Strong presentation skills and comfortable presenting to large audiences- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving abilities- Excellent time management skills- Excellent attention to detail**Our Values**:- I_**ntegrity and respect.**_ _We treat our colleagues, clients and partners how we want to be treated._- **Success in unity.**_ _We deliver results by working as a team with common goals._- **Smart decisions in action**_.
