**Position**: NAIL TECHNICIAN (MANICURIST) (Full time #538700)**Property / Office**: Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur**Location**: Kuala Lumpur, MalaysiaThe Nail Technician will report to the Director of Spa & Therapist and forms part of the Spa and Wellness team who strive to offer the highest level of personalized service while maintaining a gracious, enthusiastic, helpful and professional attitude with all guests and colleagues. The Nail Technician is responsible for, but not limited to performing as trained all nail salon treatments, a plus of other spa treatments or waxing to guests in a professional and pleasant fashion.We are looking for individuals who have a good knowledge of all spa treatments and enjoys to create memorable experiences for our guests with outstanding service and hospitality.**The Role of the Nail Technician (Manicurist)**- Perform treatments on guests whilst maintaining the guest's comfort at all times.- Be on time for appointments and thoroughly review appointments after completing each treatment- Keep work area clean and neat at all times- Must follow all Standards and Procedures as taught by legendary trainers or Head Therapist- To ensure that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the Spa- To maintain inventory of supplies for the operations of the treatment rooms- Maintain cleanliness and attention to detail in treatment room throughout shift- To attend daily line-ups, weekly and monthly spa meetings- To maintain a high standard of appearance and personal hygiene as lay down by the Director of Spa & Wellness- Must have the ability to courteously interact and answer all spa and hotel related questions with guests- Will perform as a professional, with a friendly business attitude and conduct all duties and responsibilities as required by the position, or assigned by the Director of Spa & Wellness- Maintain current professional licenses**Preferred Qualifications And Skills**- Minimum 2 years relevant job experience in similar capacity and hospitality or related industry- Knowledge of current manicure trends in the industry- Good in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia- Ability to communicate in other languages would be an advantage- Professional appearance and demeanor- Pleasant, friendly and politeLearn more about what it is like to work at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, visit us:**_Malaysia work authorization is required for this position._****Advertised**: 12 Mar 2024 Singapore Standard Time**Applications close**: 31 May 2024 Singapore Standard Time
