Roles and Responsibilities Reporting to Regional Director, SEA, this role is responsible for managing reseller relationships, all company events, product sales and promotion, customer service and training in Malaysia.
- Reseller Relationship - • Manage day-to-day relationship with existing resellers.
• Identify and groom potential and upcoming reseller.
• Support reseller activities and provide advice from a brand perspective.
- Events -  • Manage all company events including but not limited to recruitment drive, training and incentive events
• Identify and create new content for events to target different market segment.
• Ensure quality and content of event (including selection of speaker/partner) is up to ACG's standard.
- Sales & Promotion - • Work with Australia and China teams to hit sales target for the respective promotions.
• Apart from company-wide promotion, identify, plan & develop local promotion to drive reseller sales.
• Analyse metrics in all areas of sales and resellers performance and to develop tools to continuously enhance performance of the local resellers
- Training - • Identify needs of local reseller on a regular basis and develop training required for them.
• Develop ways to promote and communicate training syllabus to encourage distributors to attend training.
• Develop training content with Speakers to address current training & development needs.
Requirements • At least 12 years of relevant experience in direct sales industry
• Degree in Sales & Marketing or its equivalent
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin
