Need Native App For Delivery Service ( Ios And Android) And Website

It should work like a delivery service app and website. The delivery is for interstate travel where bus services will be use to deliver to another state.
There should be four type of account
Consumer account ( Normal user)
Bus terminal account ( For receiving and delivery )
Bus operator ( Need API integration to their system on the bus schedule )
Admin account for management and CMS of the app
App need to have the functionality
System able to recommend the bus operator for delivery when user choose delivery services based on the time they send in
QR code need to be implemented for scanning if using app for verification once user send the product in for deliveries
Able to track location of the goods through real time GPS update
Able to notify users once products arrive at the bus terminal ( receiving)
You need to have a proven track record on apps development and some of the item like storyboard and flowchart need to be discuss further
