To monitor, maintain and improve default position of unsecured accounts.- To perform dunning on defaulted accounts.- To negotiate and discuss on payment proposal for Management approval.- Conduct prompt and appropriate action to maximize collection.- Ensure timely & accuracy on follow up actions updated into the collection system.- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.
