Job Summary:- Network integration provides technical leadership and direction in all areas of networking ranging from routing, switching, load balancing, wireless network, VoIP, VPN, MPLS, WAN strategy, IP management and addressing.Job Responsibility:- 1) Responsible for formulating the "Franchisee Management Policy", updating and optimizing the content of the "Franchisee Management Policy" according to different development cycles. Monitor and training region franchisee based on "Franchisee Management Policy"by implementing and feedback on the outcome and report to superior.2) Responsible for collecting and sorting out regional franchisee complaints collected by AM and sending them to region network integration supervisor;3) Responsible for assisting manager to revise and optimize the "Standard Manual for Opening, Closing, Merging, and Transitioning Outlets", issue reports in a timely manner to the manager according to feedback, and track the time of opening, closing, merging, and transitioning of the Branch Management department4) Responsible for monitoring and executing the "Outlet Partnership Qualification Screening and Evaluation Manual" and arrange for training in order to be responsible for the qualification rate of regions;5) Responsible on assisting manager on franchisee contract preparation, arrange for signing, contract documentation, OA procedure and submit to HQ.6) Responsible collect monthly comprehensive evaluation of outlets, evaluate agents network appraisal data output; evaluate the key indicators of the outlets every month and collect feedback to the department head.7) Responsible for assisting manager to implement network layout planning, implementation and conducting real-time monitoring and feedback and be responsible for the rationalization and timeliness of the network coverage8) Responsible to find out the reasons for the withdrawal of outlets, receive the feedback and summarize reports to department managers, and monitor policy optimization proposals;9) Responsible for collecting the list of potential partners, build up potential partners data backup, and reporting the report to the department manager regularly;10) Responsible for the system entry and maintenance of partner information (including but not limited to qualifications, contracts, and contact information).Job Requirements:- Basic knowledge on Microsoft Office- Willing to outstation, have own transportation- Familiarity with Perak state geography and routes- Driving licensePay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
