Network Management Officer (Call Centre)

Key in details into the system- Answer and close enquires if possible- Route enquires to the appropriate personnel if required- Engage and recruit medical facilities to the network- Correspond with medical facilities with regards to network management- Provide admin support to the team- To identify and set up panel of Panel network of General Practitioners (GP), specialist and hospital for cashless access.- Monitoring and review of customer service quality of the network providers.- Work closely with the respective department to expedite the processing of GL issuance/payments.- Attend to query or complains from customer or network providers- Correspond with medical facilities with regards to network managementPay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Flexible schedule- Maternity leaveSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Performance bonusApplication Question(s):- What is your expected salary?**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Call Center: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- English (preferred)
