To lead cross-functional and regional teams in the introduction of new products, ranging from subsystems to complete turnkey modules. To function as the communication and coordination focal with internal and external customers on project requirement and development. To maintain the communication/reporting platform(s) for project status. To support other NPI Program Managers as required. To promote a project management ecosystem where a continuous improvement framework is advocated, such that project risks and hurdles are resolved through creative problem-solving and efficacious collaborations between functional teams. To participate in and complete all relevant learning and training requirement, as stipulated by the company and the NPI department.
