Nurse - Renal Care

**Job Title: Staff Nurse - Dialysis Center****Job Type**: Full-time**Summary**:**Responsibilities**:- Perform pre-dialysis assessment including reviewing patient history, vital signs, and current medications.- Administer prescribed dialysis treatment according to established protocols and physician orders.- Monitor patient vital signs and assess their condition during dialysis sessions, promptly addressing any concerns or complications.- Educate patients and their families about dialysis procedures, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.- Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR) system.- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including physicians, technicians, and dietitians to ensure comprehensive patient care.- Maintain a safe and clean dialysis environment, adhering to infection control protocols and regulatory standards.- Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of dialysis equipment as needed.- Participate in staff meetings, continuing education programs, and quality improvement initiatives.**Qualifications**:Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, including computer skills as required.- Registered as a general nurse with Malaysia Nursing Board- Willing to learn and would like to have post-basic qualification for nephrology- Intermediate computer skills in Word, Excel and Power Point with ability to create presentations and use the Internet effectively required.- Attention to detail for accurate and efficient medical records management- Ability to work effectively in a team environment- Min Diploma in Nursing, Medical Assistant, HealthcareHow to Apply:**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduatePay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Flexible schedule- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Day shift- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)
