Nursing Executive Quality

Job Summary:- 1. To assist the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in planning, organizing, coordinating, evaluating and documenting quality and risk management of Nursing Department.2. To monitor and assist for the improvement of the quality and appropriateness of patient care, patient care outcomes and to minimise the risk of nursing practices and potential loss.3. To investigate complaints and incidents in Nursing Department and to make a reports and remarks to CNO / Hospital Management.4. Responsible in ensuring all the Quality Management System (Nursing) in the hospital is effectively and efficiently managed, implemented and been communicated to all levels of employees.5.
