We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven ODM Business Development Manager to join our client's innovative team. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our presence in the APAC region and supporting sales initiatives globally.**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop and drive OEM/ODM business in APAC, with a focus on establishing and nurturing relations with OEM T1 partners.- Expand sales and relations with new and existing accounts in the region.- Collaborate with sales teams in other continents on projects and customers, ensuring seamless global cooperation.- Work closely with distributors and channels to enhance market reach.- Support R&D by providing insights into industry trends and customer requirements.- Conclude business deals and initiate supply agreements.- Attend trade shows and regional events to showcase our offerings.- Utilize SalesForce (CRM) for effective registration and information sharing.**Qualifications**- Documented successful sales experience in OEM/ODM (APAC region).- Fluent in English; fluency in Chinese is advantageous.- Proficiency in wireless, RF technologies, and understanding of IoT verticals and GNSS competitor landscape.- Well-organized and structured work approach with a strong follow-up attitude.- Team player with a proactive and positive work ethic.- Good analytical skills and excellent communication skills.- Ability to handle presentations and trade show participation confidently.- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software, especially Salesforce.- Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50%).- Strong analytical skills.- Aggressive mindset to drive results.
