We are looking for an Office Administrator. You will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.**Responsibilities**- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned- Taking minutes- Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities- Data entry (sales figures, property listings etc.)- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary such as ordering stationary- Arranging both internal and external events- Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts- Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Property Managers and Senior Management**Requirements and skills**- Proven experience as an **office administrator**, office assistant, or relevant role- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities- Excellent organizational and leadership skills- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software.- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
