We are looking for an 'Office Assistant' who is organized, energetic, process-oriented and people savvy to carry out the responsibilities below:1) Reception Management- Ensures all messages are properly communicated to the relevant recipient- Accepts and handles all documents, parcels on behalf of the company- Manage visitors into the company, keeping track of their presence in the office and out of the officeAttend to any other matters concerning the reception, as and when required.2) General Administration- Attend to all payment matters concerning vendors of the company- Oversee attendance of the employees- Prepares minutes of meetings for meetings organised in the office3) Office management- Manage the office in terms of opening and closing the office at the beginning and at the end of the work day- Ensure all lights/air conditioners are switched off- Be the focal point of contact for any office concerns that may arise, i.e. maintenance and management of the office.Perform all other tasks related to the office (which may not be listed here) as and when requested or required.Person Specification- At least one (1) year of working experience in office administration- Possess either a diploma or a degree (open to fresh graduates)- Able to work independently, with minimum supervision- A fast learner, eager and motivated to build their career.Type of Employment- 1 year contract (renewable based on business need & individual work performance)
