Details of the offer

**Responsibility**:- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and ensuring timely delivery.- Assist with data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records and databases.- Answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to the appropriate staff members**Requirement**:- Please take note that you must be either completed **SPM or Diploma** in order to apply- Previous experience working in an office environment or similar administrative role is preferred.- Demonstrated ability to perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.- Independent- Age must be below 30 years old**Salary**: RM1,800.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- Do you have experience with data entry and maintaining electronic databases or spreadsheets?- Are you below 30 years old?**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)
