The OfferJoin a leading distributor that is expanding into MalaysiaLead the set-up and management of the new office The JobIn this role, you will be reporting to the Hong Kong office and be responsible for : Sourcing, negotiating and managing rental contact for office set up in MalaysiaManaging company bank transactions locally and assisting with company registration with the appointed agencyManaging relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on timeHandling office management, general administration and procurement of office supplies and servicesMaintaining the workplace and keeping a record of internal control, such as fixed assets, IT etc.Liaising with the building property manager regarding tenant-landlord issues.The ProfileYou have a Diploma/Degree with at least 2 years of work experience in office managementYou are fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia to be able to communicate with required stakeholdersYou are self-motivated and can work independently with minimal supervisionYou are results-oriented with the ability to multitaskYou are willing to learn and have strong leadership skillsThe EmployerOur client is a leading distributor of organic food for babies and they strive to go above and beyond to ensure foods are delicious while nutritionally delicious.
