**What will your role be**- Supporting HR activities, such as onboarding and offboarding, recruitment and training, company events.- General administrative activities, such as travel & meeting arrangement, mails and dispatch arrangement.- Receptionist role, such as answering and transferring calls; welcoming, assisting and directing clients and other guests of the organisation.- Office supplies monitoring, such as stationeries, groceries.- Office upkeeping, such as facilities maintenance coordination, air conditioning system, water system, workdesk, office equipment, office cleanliness.- Acting as the main point of contact for any general office and/or facility-related concerns.- Communicate with all pertinent authorities including dealing with contractors and negotiating with suppliers.- Work collaboratively with the support group/teams (HR, Finance, and Infrastructure).- Design and implement admin policies by establishing standards and procedures.- Ensure company compliance with all local council laws and regulations (environment, security, health, and safety).- Support and ensure company comply with ISO standard.- Carry out any additional tasks that the superior may designate.- Research projects as requested.- Provide reports analysis as requested.**Who are we looking for**- Proficient in computer skill including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint) and Outlook.- Independent, able to work in fast-paced environment, well organised, attention to detail, proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset and high positive energy.- Good communication skill, interpersonal skill, time management skill and ability to work with people from all backgrounds.- Good command in spoken and written English.- Possess general knowledge in Facilities Management.- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.- Knowledge and experience of ESG will be an added advantage.**Why join us?**- Competitive salary and attractive allowance- Performance-based bonus- Comprehensive group insurance coverage- Dental and optical benefits- Free parking facilities- Emphasis on work-life balance- Vibrant & energetic office culture- Opportunities for career advancement- Ongoing learning and development opportunity
