**Job Descriptions**:- To trigger contractor or Area Manager/Division Manager and mall to provide drawing or location upon sending store address.- To review the proposal location while reviewing the suitability and exposure via Google Map, AM/DM and Business Development Department advise.- To obtain approval from landlord or mall before endorsing for production.- To notify production or fabrication and install the signage before soft opening date.- Ensuring accuracy and punctuality through project-to-project updating and recording for shop lot advertising (contractor) & indoor advertising.- Verify artwork and store name for Fit Out or store request and arrange for approval and vendor's recce and production.- To assist on ads license and issue related to authority.- Assist in checking and verifying documents details authenticity.- Assist in verifying, arranging and checking invoice & payment.- Participating and ensuring marketing project, events, programs and campaigns success.- Execute various marketing SOPs and formats set by superiors.- Assist in ensuring all marketing related tasks and progress are on track.- Preparing report and paperwork documentations to management.**Requirements**:- Experience in Admin or Marketing Field (at least internship experience)- Well spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia- Able to fulfil the deadline- Able to work under pressure- Expert in Google Doc and Microsoft Office- Confident and keen to grow- Basic knowledge in Finance and AdministrationMR DIY Vision is to be the largest home improvement retailer in Asia.The Mission is to create a globally recognized retail brand and to maintain a wide variety of good quality, and value for money, and products.MR.DIY offers a wide selection of more than 14,000 types of products at some of the lowest prices on the market.
